Hello Scott!
Haha yeh, there is not much ppl in Rus with whom i can share my lov for surfing))
It is cool that there is a surf community where i can read some news
about surfing or to knew some good places for it from other ppl.
Last year i went to to the trip across Indonesia. When i came to Bali
i realized that dreams can come true and finished some surf school.
That was awesome, and when i went back to Russia, there wasn't a day
without thinking that somewhere in the world ppl taking waves, but i'm here,
so this year i came to Bali again for a month just for surfing.
waterproof camera for surf is great idea, i'm going to have it
at my next surf trip somewhere)
yeah we did have a decent size swell on the 17th - 18th September, on the east coast anyways (I posted some pics around that time, I missed the best shots on the Saturday morning... I had to work!!)
that same weekend at Tasmania they recorded a 19mtr (56+ feet?) somewhere near the break called Shipsterns. It was a good weekend! Hoping for another big swell in the next few weeks, a big swell usually rolls in mid to late October!
