    Well I try to get in the water about 4 times a week, so usually it'll stay nice and wet. I'll definitely WD40 it whenever itt's out for a spell, and I always rinse the salt off everything anyway.
    Last Sunday would have been great for shooting - was out on the north side of a local reef (Long Reef) catching some beautiful head-high cruisy walls. Oh well, next time I'll be ready for it!

    I'll let you know when I've got the case (and the camera). We have some pumping surf right now so I might chuck a sicky and take the slr and the HD video camera (courtesy of work) down to the beach in the morning to get some shots to put up.

    No, not much surf in Bahrain. Kitesurfing is good here and holds me between "sets". I get most of surfing on travel to visit family in Peru, and FL...with the occasional trip to Dubai or Asila in Oman.

    thanks Scott for the awsome advice... i noticed that that camera is a heavy one... me and my wife tried a few things to keep the camera ours out in the water,, we even tried a body board leash connected to my hand,, LOL.. Ya it did not work out to good.... well we'er both looking forward to taking some sick pic's with our cmaera and new case.. thanks again
