We have 2 very large 2500 square foot houses that are built together sharing a huge common front patio with an ocean view right at the beach in Baja Del Mar, Mexico. Each has two bedrooms and a downstairs loft with ocean views just sitting in the living room.

Baja Del Mar is a fully private beach gated community with a staff of guards. Most of the residents are retired US citizens using BDM as their vacation homes. Unlike Baja Malibu that is open to the public making the surf there very crowded, Baja Del Mar is a private community consisting of its residents and guests. This means "NO CROWDS" in the line up. If fact you will have surfing all to yourselves!

Baja Del Mar is located just south of Baja Malibu and just north of Rosarito. Only a 40 minute drive from drive from downtown San Diego and very easy to get to.

Enjoy a quite peaceful and secluded beach house just steps off the beach. Baja Del Mar is one of the very few surf spots where you don't have to hike down a giant cliff to get to the beach. We purchased this place with that as one of our main buying points. No hassles of dragging your surf & beach gear down a huge stair case located many blocks away from your rental. With our rental, the beach is right there!
