  • Don't go for a longboard as many will tell you it's the easiest to learn on. Not true. 33.gif

    If I were you I would go for a foam-board that is a fish shape around 5'2" or 5'4". 

    Bali is very near you and will have the best consistency of surf, not to mention how cheap it is to stay there. 

    Australia is another great place to go. NSW or QLD. Rent a caravan and drive to a different campsite where there's good surf each day. Australia has campsites up and down its coastlines.

    Yes, Bali is definitely the magical spot for surfing. Does Air Asia still fly there for $35 each from Singapore? I've been thru Singapore twice and used Air Asia from there to Bali.
